The Georg range of furniture from Skagerak was launched in 2013 to represent the modern Scandinavian character in its most simple and beautiful form. It is a collection designed not to date with fashion but to remain timeless and gain individual distinction as it ages.

The seat cushion simply attaches to the stool where the leather bands wrap around the seat to secure the cushion in place. Constructed from natural wool the cushion has inherent unrefined oils to prevent any permanent marks and can be simply cared for with a soft sponge, soap and water. The legs are solid turned oak with a soft curved end where it meets the ground. Likewise the solid oak seat has very soft edges and corners. Finished in either a light clear lacquer (for a natural oak colour) or a stylish black lacquer, the Georg bench pairs perfectly with a contemporary interior.

Designed by the Danish/Swedish designer Christina Liljenberg Halstrøm, the Georg series comprises of a console table, coat rack, stool, dining table, clothes hangers on a leather string and a mirror.
